Welcome to the music studio of Chloe Crouse! I look forward to making music with you or the student you are enrolling. In order to get set-up in the online system,there are just a few questions I have about the new student. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of the lesson studio.

For the question on skill level, please describe in your own words the student's current level. We will establish the current level for books/repertoire together during the first lesson, but this will help me have a better starting point to determine what materials may be needed.
